Top Cannes Beauty Trends 2014

The Cannes International Film Festival is a luscious treat filled with a red carpet, an unlimited array of couture gowns, gorgeous beauty looks, movie stars and of course… the French Riviera.  So in celebration of this special time of the year, here is a recap of some of the top Cannes beauty trends for 2014.
