Feminine and Daring Lips Rule at the Screen Actors Guild Awards

The stars were bright and lips were daring and feminine at the 20th Annual Screen Actor’s Award in Hollywood California.

Sarah Paulson, a nominee for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for 12 Years a Slave, stepped onto the red carpet in a flirty, ladylike look complete with an ultra-bright pink lip, a white ruffled gown and a new bob haircut. These Pink Peony lips created by Maybelline Fuschia Flourish were a perfect pop of color to a sophisticated Rochas gown and nude eyes.

Elisabeth Moss looked ravishing in red as a nominee for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television or Miniseries for Top of the Lake.  (Take a look at my tips to find and wear the perfect red lipstick.) Her daring red lips in Maybelline Signature Scarlet matched perfectly to her Michael Kors gown and pale skin.

So bright, ‘notice me’ lips continue in popularity straight from the runway, onto the red carpet and thankfully to the street for there is nothing like simple glamour to brighten up any day or workday for that matter.
